초록

Bending vibration of a dithering NSOM probe, whose tip end was partially submerged in water, was studied based on the Euler-Bernoulli theory, when the NSOM probe was controlled with two nodal wedges mechanically, Its vibration characteristics were analyzed numerically and the optimum controlling condition of the NSOm probe was found for measuring samples immersed in water.
