초록

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is high resolution imaging technique which is obtaining image inside biological objects. OCT system uses harmless near infrared ray to human body with non-invasive method. But the most important problem at using OCT is that OCT is quite expensive and would certainly be out of reach for most users. So, the aim of this study is to develop the Full-field OCT setup, non-invasively, easily interpretably, simply in its design and have the potential to be implemented easily in users.
