초록

(Purpose) This study investigated and compared the perspectives of physical education (PE) teachers, students, and parents —the main stakeholders in a school’s PE assessment. (Methods) After translating the Student Grading Profile Sheet (SGPS) into Korean and verifying the instrument's content validity and reliability, data were obtained from a survey of 53 secondary school PE teachers, 316 students, and 316 parents in Korea. These were analyzed using descriptive statistics and frequency analysis. (Results) There were similarities and differences in the views of students, parents, and teachers regarding PE assessment. Korean PE teachers, students, and parents preferred the Behaving, Athletic, Participative, Knowledgeable, and Social types of the SGPS, in that order, in PE classes. (Conclusions) However, the student and parent groups exhibited contrasting or extreme evaluation tendencies compared with the teacher group.
