Investigation of thermal and dielectric properties of hBN/PTFE/PDMS composites for millimeter wave application
초록
With the advent of millimeter (MM) wave communication (30-300 GHz) [1], highlighted are novel materials with high heat dissipation and minimized electromagnetic interference in the next generation communication. In this work, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) composites with hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) were designed and fabricated to develop a material with high thermal conductivity, and low dielectric constant and loss tangent.
