레이저 다이오드 QW과 Epitaxial-Layer의 열특성 분석

초록

We analyzed the thermal characteristics of two types of QW-LDs. Simple heat transfer model with a diverging effective width gives the analytic R(z), and it agrees well with the thermal resistance dataset simulated for most typical cases with various structures and p-InP thickness values.
