대퇴 절단 환자를 위한 능동의족 무릎 관절 최적화 설계

초록

In this study, the optimjzed transfemoral prosthesis with a fully-active knee joint is designed. As the fully-active prosthesis consists of a lot of component for controlling the knee and ankle joints in order to make natural gait motion, the prosthetic leg should be larger and heavier than a passive prosthetic leg. The weight of the prosthesis is an important factor for amputees who wear that every day. Therefore, weight reduction should be carried out for developing the active prosthetic leg. The simple mechanism that generates the high-torque is applied by using a motor and decelerating system. And the weight of the structure is minimized via the optimization process including topology and shape optimization. The safety of the proposed structure is validated with finite element analysis under working conditions.
