초록

Sol-gel method was used to prepare SiO2-TiO2 thin film. Acid catalyzed solution of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and tetrapropylorthotitanate (TPOT) were used as precursors. From the prepared sol solution, SiO2-TiO2 films will be formed on a glass substrate by use of spin coating. The thermal properties of films will be characterized by DTA and TGA. The structural changes during the sol-gel-oxide film transition processes will be investigated spectroscopically by Raman and FT-IR to determine the structure-physical property relationship. In addition, Various optical property measurements will be obtained by using different experimental variables such as catalyst, aging time, heat treatment condition.
