Construction of novel selelctive arylpiperazyl 1,2,3-triazole derivatives for dopamine receptors by click chemistry

In continuation of our research for the discovery of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives against dopamine receptor, Novel selective aryl piperazyl 1,2,3-triazole library is designed and synthesized by click chemistry. Their binding affinities of contructed compounds were evaluated against dopamine receptors in vivio. Ans also, their struture-activity relationship will be discussed.
