Developing a safety culture model of healthcare services

Healthcare service has become a critical global issue, with the increased concern for patient safety problems focusing on continuously improving patient outcomes. The purpose of this study is to propose a safety culture model for healthcare services. Organizations can improve patient outcomes, increase employee satisfaction, and reduce medical error and/or risk through a safety culture in the healthcare system.
