불량주거지의 공간특성과 주거형태연구

초록

The aim of this study is to offer basic information for the improvement of squatter areas in big cities through investigation of the morphological characteristics both of the spatial structure and housing form. We have chosen for a case study an squatter area in Inchon by the name of Songhyun-Dong where a renewal program is going on under housing environment amelioration project for the urban poor. The result of the study shows summarization of the plan types and exterior form of the dwellings as well as the structural components and material used for the construction.
