Linear Grating Coupler가 결합된 모드 인덱스 도파로 렌즈의 광 투과 특성

초록

A thin film optical waveguide included a linear grating coupler and a mode index lens has been designed, and fabricated using the thin film process. The guided light with the thin film waveguide is measured using CCD camera. It is demonstrated that the measured spot size and intensith are analyzed for heat assisted magnetic recording with a mode index waveguide lens.
