Unusual Anomaly of Radial Artery Encountered During the Elevation of a Radial Forearm Free Flap

Background: The radial forearm free flap (RFFF) is widely used for reconstructions of the head and neck. RFFF has advantage of the ease of flap elevation and the constant anatomy. We experienced a patient with normal Allen’s test and the arterial system but had a radial artery variation found as flap elevation.
