초록
NiFe encapsulated Moly-permalloy powder was synthesized by electroless plating. NiFe plating was performed in a two-step process (pre-treatment of surface cleaning and subsequent plating). It was observed that NiFe alloy layer was deposited densely on Moly-permalloy powder. Also, with ICP analysis result, it was informed that the powder prepared with 0.12M of reducing agent presents high coating rate and low content of P. Metal plating powder was heat- treated at 800 ℃ under N2 atmosphere, after oxidized at 500 ~ 650 ℃ under air atmosphere. Spinel peak was observed at the powder oxidized over 550 ℃. In case of the powder oxidized at 650 ℃, Ni-ferrite layer was partially exfoliated from Moly-permalloy powder.
