대형 공공사업의 설계변경 관리 방안에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to establish a change order management system through analyzing change order types and its managing methods in construction projects. This study focuses on identifying and describing problems in domestic change order management system by reviewing general conditions related to the change order in domestic construction industry. For more detailed analyses and descriptions of the problems in domestic change order management system, case studies on two SOC(Social Overhead Capital) projects which is currently underway were conducted in this study. Based on the analysis results, several improvements of the existing change order management system were finally suggested in this study. Those improvements can be summarized as: 1) improving current general conditions and change order process as international level, and 2) developing change order information management system with standard document forms.
