Improving the energy storage properties of knn@polymer by changing the mass ratio of knn

초록

KNN ceramics have high dielectric constant and piezoelectric constant, which means it can store more charge and electric energy, and have high energy storage density. KNN ceramic powder has high energy storage density, while polymer can improve the plasticity and toughness of the material, mixing KNN and polymer makes the mixture have higher energy storage density. Polymers have a low dielectric constant, while KNN has a high dielectric constant. Blending polymer and KNN ceramic powders can increase the overall dielectric constant of the material. In this experiment, polymer mixed with KNN powder was used to make ferroelectric film by spin-coating method. By changing the mass ratio of knn powder and adjusting the density of knn in the mixture, the most ideal ferroelectric film with high energy storage performance was found.
