스포츠 윤리경영 척도 개발 및 타당화

초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a scale to identify an dmeasure the components of sports ethics management. For this purpose, we constructed the preliminayr scale based on the existing research and the existing scale review and verified the feasibility of thei vfe experts and conducted the preliminary survey . The study was conducted on 500 professional baseball fans. The results are as follows: First, the sports ethics management scale had 4 factors (ethic management system, socieyt contribution activity, member supporting activity and fan supporting activity) and 16 items. The validity of the factor structure was verified by confirmatory factor analysis. Second, the validity of the developed scale was verified by the correlation between ethical management perception and social responsibility of professional sports club.
