Early Voluntary Sectoral Liberalization(EVSL) and Open Regionalism in Apec Economies

This study is executed from the viewpoint to investigate the present situation of each item of tariff and non-tariff barrier in major nations and present the primary materials of trade policy determination in future. This paper is composed of five chapters as follows:The second chapter is three pillars of APEC,the third chapter APEC's decision process for the classification of EVSL,rhe fourth chapter direction for APEC trade liberlization and the fifth chapter conclusion.
