Graphene and Nanostructured Materials: Material Synthesis and
초록
Graphene’s excellent electrical, chemical and optical properties along with physical flexibility and a huge surface to weight ratio have led to a plethora of scientific experiments to make graphene suitable for various applications. The fundamental properties of graphene like bandgap and transparency, wettability and friction are need to be tuned to widen its application ranges. The properties can be modified either by chemical functionalization or physical modification. In a simple chemical method, the chemical dopant like oxygen, fluorine where chemical attached to the graphene surface to achieve different properties. In physical method, graphene was stacking along c-axis, periodic patterning using lithography were done to manipulate properties. In addition to standalone graphene use, the graphene is also combined with various nanostructures either as a composite or hybrid structure were explored highly for future devices and energy applications. In the current presentation, the modification of graphene properties by physical and chemical modification will be presented
