Intracranial hemangiopericytoma with extensive clear cell change: A rare histopathologic feature

We describe a case of 56-year-old woman with an infratentorial mass radiologically suspected as meningioma. Histologically, the tumor is entirely composed of diffese sheets of clear cells with abundant vascular channels. The tumor cells are immunoreactive for CD34 and CD99 in a patchy pattern and staining against antibody of Bcl2 shows focal positivity. Especially, silver stain reveals well developed reticulin network.
