Using IMUs for motion analysis in archery shooting
초록
Abstract Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) have been developed to measure motion for sport applications, including skills analyze, athletic performance, assessment of physical condition, and rehabilitation. In this study, we developed a system to analyze motion during archery shooting and evaluated effect of several factors on the scores of archery shooting. In addition, we present Dynamic Time Warping (DTW)-based Period of Interest (POI) extracting method and relationship between aiming patterns and scores in archery shooting. The proposed motion analysis system may be a feasible means to optimize the postures used in sport applications.
