A Study on Operating Time Analysis of the High performance Container Crane

Internationally, container cargoes are increasing rapidly compared to other cargoes. And the size and speed of container ships are also increasing rapidly. Therefore it is required that the speed and size of the container handling crane should follow the requirements of efficient performance of container cargo handling. In this paper, therefore, the time analysis is carried out to find the most efficient container handling system with the example of Port of Incheon, Korea, where the tidal difference is about 8.5m.
