Improvement of dielectric properties of PDMS with TiO2 and reduced size nano graphene oxide
초록
After making large size graphene oxide(LGO) through hummer's method, it is oxidized once more to make nano size graphene oxide(NGO). The graphene oxide is chemically reduced through Hydrazine Hydrate to recover the electrical conductivity. The average particle size of LGO is 1~2 μm, and the average particle size of NGO is 30~100nm. Graphene oxide and TiO2 attracted a lot of attention due to their high dielectric properties, but no studies have been reported on how to improve the dielectric properties by synthesizing TiO2 as a filler of a core shell structure using LGO. In this study, the dielectric properties of a matrix filled with NGO@TiO2 nanofiller were investigated.
