Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma of Abdominal Lymph Node: Report of a Case

Follicular dendritic cell (FDC) sarcoma is an uncommon neoplasm characterized by neoplastic proliferation of spindle to epithelioid cells showing morphologic and phenotypic FDCs. We present a case of FDCS of abdominal lymph nodes. The patient was a 53-year-old man who has been a hepatitis B-virus carrier. A routine follow-up check with abdominal sono incidentally detected multiple abdominal lymphadenopathies.
