초록

In an actuator device, the displacement must be controllable by an external parameter such as electric field, magnetic field or temperature. The need for high accuracy displacement elements in such fields as precision machinery, compact motors and optics has led to renewed focus on displacement devices. Displacement transducers can be classifed into two large groups. The first group os conventional actuators, and second one is solid state actuators. In this paper, technology of the piezoelectric ceramic actuator such as moonie and cymbal among the solid state actuators was discussed.
