초록
Cytokines IL-1 and TNF-a are the major pro-inflammatory cytokines. Their effects on the general symptoms and local inflammatory, adhesive, angiogenic, and bone resorbing mechanisms are in many ways overlapping. Another pro-inflammatory cytokine is a chemokines, IL-8.
