On histochemical staining of cavernous tissue, the number of NADPH positive nerve fibers was decreased (p<0.01)in neurogenic group (26±6, mean±SD), Compared to psychogenic group (125±13), and vasculogenic group (92±12). of neurogenic impotence, it was less in spinal cord injury group and radical pelvic surgery group (17±7, 12±5) than in diabetic mellitus group (36±9).
