Design Analysis of Once-Through Bottoming System for Combined Cycle Power Plants
초록
This study analyzes the design performance of the bottoming system for the combined cycle power plants adopting a once-through heat recovery steam generator (HRSG). Parametric analyses are carried out for a parallel arrangement of main heater and reheater. Steam turbine power is found to be as high as that of conventional triple-pressure systems. It is also shown that serial arrangements of main heater and reheater can achieve equivalent power level by dividing each heater into several segments.
