초록

In the case of TB lymphadenitis, especially when it invades into bronchus, endobronchial granuloma can develop. It can recur even after almost complete removal because fistulous tract is already formed. Aggressive bronchoscopic procedure should be considered to relieve the significant bronchial stenosis. Therefore, if there is any TB lymphadenitis adjacent to bronchus, close follow-up is advisable even with drug therapy.
