Percutaneous Endovascular Repair of Middle Aortic Syndrome
초록
Middle Aortic Syndrome (MAS) is a rare disease defined as a segmental narrowing of the distal descending thoracic or abdominal aorta. A thoracoabdominal bypass or endovascular treatment is the choice of treatment. Endovascular therapy consists of a balloon dilatation and stent implantation. Recently, thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) has been widely used in a variety of aortic diseases. We report a case of MAS treated with a thoracic endovascular stent graft.
