Additional evening-dose of oral antihypertensives improvement of blood pressure(BP) control in hemodialysis(HD)

초록

The addition of eveninf-dose oral antihypertensive before HD day reduces baseline morning BP and susequently improves 24-hour BP control in HD day without affecting intradialytic hypotensives episodes. This method may improves the long-term cardiovascular prognosis and survival in HD patients.
