This tumor can show variable patterns of microscopic findings and sometimes it can be misdiagnosed as leiomyosarcoma, hepatocellular sarcoma, hepatoblastoma and inflammatory pseudotumor. Although angiomyolipoma of this case showed cellular atypia which could mislead the diagnosis to the metastatic malignant GIST, other findings revealed charateristic pattern of the angiomyolipoma.
