초록

Sensors using surface plasmon resonance have very high sensitivity. So, there are various applications using this effect. In this study, we fabricate SPR sensor which can classify each density of a sample material. This sensor's form follows a Kretschmann configuration as attenuated total reflection method. Sputtered Au and Cr above fused silica substrate form a sensor chip part which is coupled with prism by matching oil. Sample liquid is isopropyl alcohol and we measure SPR angles about the density variation.
