NSOM을 활용한 무형광 방식의 액체 내 암세포 영상 측정

초록

For fluorophore-free imaging of A431 cancer cell, gold nano-particles were taggged at epidermal growth factor receptors distributed on the cell surface. The surface profile and optical image of the cell in liquid were observed by Near-field Scanning optical Microscope under the illumination of 405nm laser beam. By maintaining high Q value in liquid, the cell image could be measured with sub-nanometer resolution.
