Modal Characteristics of Plasmonic Nanostrip Waveguides and Their Functional Devices

초록

Modal Characteristics of the plasmonic nanostrip waveguide has been made for the design of the functional plasmonic waveguide devices. The modal refractive indices, the propagation losses, the bending losses are analysed. The beat lengths of the directional coupler and multimode interference (MMI) coupler have been analysed. Form the results a nano-ring resonator and a MMI wavelength splitter are designed.
