초록
A nonlinear time-domain system identification (SI) method is developed by minimizing the output error between measured and computed acceleration increments. Sparseness and noise in measured acceleration have been considered in developing the algorithm. Time-varying properties of stiffness and damping are estimated. In the algorithm, mass properties have been assumed as known and a time window scheme has been utilized. Inelastic response of restoring force can be also recovered by using the estimated time-varying stiffness and computed displacement by the Newmark-β method. No pre-defined model for inelastic behavior has been assumed. Experimental and simulation studies have been carried out to examine the developed SI scheme.
