Comparison of Fractional and Coronary Flow Reserve after Revasculozation in Acute Myocaedial Infaretion

FFR and hyperemic translesional PG show excellent cirrslation to the residual stenosis whereas CFR and baseline translesional PG are rather. These results suggest that FFR may provide a more discriminating index of residual stenosis after PTCA in AMI.
