압전바이모프를 이용한 HDD 스핀들-디스크 시스템의 진동저감

초록

In this work, the piezoactuator is integrated with the spindle disk of the HDD in order to reduce unwanted vibration. After formulating the governing model, the piezoshunt circuit is designed and implemented. Vibration control performance is evaluated in time and frequency domains.
