버나드 츄미의 현대 미술관 확장 안을 통해서 본 디자인의 전략적 가치에 대한 연구

초록

The study attempts to redefine the role and the work-scope of an architect in the design procedure in strategical point of view, to investigate any particular method or device by which an architect find ways to solve design problems, and to examine the ways of utilizing design 'constraint' by interpreting given programs and site conditions. The main argument is focused on Bernard Tschumi's proposal for the Competition of new expansion of Museum of Modern Art n 1998.
