초록

1) development : the process of growth and differtiation, distingish children and adult. a. motor : immature brain(0-3 years of age), transient period(4-8 years of age), above 8 : same adult b. cognition; up to 3 years of age - all children, same way,same rate development / after 3 years of age - environmental factors affect the rate of cognition. c. adaptive : " capacity to initiate new experience3 & to profit by past experience" - D/Dx of mental retardation and sensory deprivation. 2) Disability a. WHO(1980)- impairment, disability, handicap b.NCMRR(1993)- pathophysiology,impairment,functional limitation,disability,social limitation. 3) Evaluation a. interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary approach b. role of physiatrist 4) New models of Children's disability evaluation a. Infanib scoring system b. DDST(II) - Denvor Developmental Screening Test, Revised c. GMFM - Gross Motor Function measure 5)
