가변 초점 유체렌즈의 설계 및 제작

초록

This article describes a lens design connected to microfluidic channel. The lens is sealed with an elastomeric membrane whichis deformed by the pressure of fluid driven by electrostatic force. The optical properties of the lens could be controlled by changing the lens shape. The lens system is made of acrylic resin, elastomer, metal electrode, and PDMS, using semiconductor lithography process.
