Synthesis and Binding affinities of 1,2,3-triazolyl-ethylpiperazine

The 1,2,3-triazole heterocyclic structure is well known as an one of the potential key molecular structure for the biologically meaningful drug design.Recently, the synthetic study on 1,2,3-triazole heterocyclic structure is a main concern in the field of click chemistry. In this study, 1,2,3-triazole-ethyl-piperazine was synthesized under echo-friendly reaction condition by using of microwave synthesizer. Constructed fifty two compounds were screened against dopamine receptor in vitro.
