A study on the improvement of campus clean management blind spot and environment The purpose of this research is to efficiently manage research resources and to contribute to the vitalization of R&D of science and technology by securing the safety of labs of science and technology in the university and institute and by properly compensating for the damages of lab accidents. Since the ultimate goal of Lab Safety Law is managing research resources efficiently and to vitalize R&D of science and technology, it is necessary to remove the blind spots in the processing of lab accidents. Approximately 1 million students are enrolled in 338 universities, and most of the accidents in the laboratory occur in universities and there are about average 190 accidents per year have occurred. Actually, research activities in over 4,000 institutions including private industrial companies are managed as a subject of the Act on Establishing a Safe Environment of Laboratories (Lab Safety Act), but several blind spots during the safety management have been found for the students out of natural sciences and engineering majors, related to accidents in the laboratory. There may cause opinions to be arisen that "All human beings (students) are not equal in their safety rights," and thus a solutions are urgently required. Three themes have been investigated in this presentation as follows. Identification of safety accidents and safety management status in university laboratories : The current level of safety management in the university lab was identified through the investigation of the reported safety accident cases and the status of the safety management in the university lab Derivation of legal blind spot issue in the relation with university laboratory accident : In a series of accidents, the blind spots for safety management have been identified and the types of issue have been classified. Analysis of possible solutions : A proposal for solving the blind spots o
