초록
Proteomics is a powerful tool for separtating whole protein mixture from cell extract and investigating complex cellular process. In the last few years, rice proteomics has been dynamically studied after the publication of complete rice genome sequence. Although two-dimensional electrophoresis in many organisms such as animal cells, E. coli, etc., is the most powerful technique for proteome separation, there have been very few attempts for the proteomics of plant cells. The transgenic rice suspension cell culture using a-amylase promoter system secreting the target protein under sugar-depleting condition is a very efficient method for the production of recombinant protein. In this study, we optimized the methods of sample preparation for 2-DE system from transgenic rice suspension cells and cultured media expressing a recombinant human CTLA4-Ig.
