The graph Laplacian-based leaderless consensus protocol design problem for nonlinear multi-agent systems (MAS) in Takagi-Sugeno form is highly challenging. The main reason is that the similarity transformation of the MAS dynamics in an abbreviated form with the Kronecker product is quite restricted. We provide a positive answer to this problem.
