A Study on the Detail Structure of Folk Dance Curriculum for Elementary Education in Korea

초록

In this multi-cultural and global era, the importance of folk dance education has been increasingly emphasized in each country that has inherited folk dance culturally and historically. Korea, a country that originally consisted of single race, has transformed itself into a multi-cultural country with people of various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and as a result, folk dance has been incorporated as a major element into the national curriculum since its revision in 2007.
