Synthesis and Characterization of Porous Polyimide Xerogel Films for Electrochemical Cell Application
초록
A series of porous nanofibrous polyimide xerogel separator with very small pore size were prepared using sol-gel processing and freeze drying. Various functional dianhydrides and diamines were used to synthesize poly(amic acid)s which were converted into polyimide wet gels through chemical imidization. To reduce the dimensional shrinkage of the wet gels during drying process as one of main disadvantages of polymeric materials in a number of electrochemical cell applications, we synthesized novel hybrid polyimide xerogel films for by combination of polymeric and inorganic materials. The pore size, morphology and electrical performance of separator were investigated by SEM, battery cycler system and EIS.
