New Ba and Sr Complexes containing ligands derived from tripodal amines and beta-diketonate; Potential MOCVD precursor for BST thin films

Preparation of coordinatively saturated Ba and Sr complexes with new class of ligands derived from tripodal amines and beta-ketoiminates has been investigated. Characterization of these complexes was made by 1H, 13C-NMR, TGA and elemental analysis. Adoption of these complexes as MOCVD precursor has been tested and the results will be discussed.
