보이드 공간과 산책적 동선을 적용한 미디어테크에 관한 연구 -수직적 리모델링 기법과 페로의 공간개념을 활용하여-

초록

This study aims to propose a new plan through remodeling for the Mediatheque. Continuous development of information technology and transformation into an information-centric society require the new type of information storing and providing facilities. Therefore, in this work, we substitute Perrault's 'nothing' based on vertical remodeling. For this purpose, this study analyzes the site, the former American Cultural Center, summarizes the general concepts of vertical remodeling and Perrault's 'nothing', and derive the possibility to apply them. The elements of the plan proposed by this study are Void Space and Promenade Circuits, and reproduction and transmission of information into spaces of thought through experience and creation of knowledge.
