초록

For higher degrees of integration in microwave applications, glass/ceramic composites consisting of various ceramic filers (TiO2, Al2O3, crystallized glass) and various glass systems were used in this present study. The glass and glass-ceramic composites were evaluated for relative and apparent densities, shrinkage and microwave dielectric properties (εr, Q*f0) under 900℃. The sintered body demonstrated applicable properties such as high relative density (>90%) and dielectric properties (namely 15-30 for εr, > 8000 GHz for Q*f0). The results suggest the composites have a good potential for low temperature co-fired dielectric ceramic materials at high frequency.
