Stretchable Organic Field-Effect Transistors Based on Semiconductor-
초록
We significantly enhance the deformability of semiconducting polymers and oligomers, which have intrinsically rigid and brittle conjugated backbones, via blending these semiconductors with thermoplastic elastomers, such as rubbery block copolymers. Organic semiconductor-embedded elastomer films are spun-cast on surface energy controlled SiO2 substrates from ultrasound-treated solutions, and they are transferred onto a stretchable platform for organic field-effect transistor (OFET) application. Electrical performance of the OFETs and its strain-dependent variations are characterized. The results are systematically correlated with the resulting morphologies, ordering, and π-π overlapping of the DPP-based copolymers in deformed films.
